  • Which is my idea ?

I want simply to "copy" GPL license and introduce a clause that sounds like this:
"Use of this software is forbidden following author's limitations attached to this license. (If such limits are expressed, this software will be not Free Software).
Only use of software could be object of those limitations, so there must not be any discrimination a priori about users regarding their physical or racial nature.
Moreover limitations must respect Univeral Bill Rights principles and must not involve use of software by private citiziens or forbid possibility to learn from its source code.
At least is important to clarify that author's wishes must be expressed like: "Allow all unless...", that's because of software by nature must be Free".

  • Does this license limit people freedom ?

We can answer yes, but I view this like protecting author's expression freedom. In fact the actual vision of Free Software IMHO steals this fundamental freedom to authors.

  • Would I apply patent to basic ideas of software I will product to forbid the use against my ideals ?

No, I will NEVER apply patent to my ideas, because we can't apply patents to knowledge.
I think an author ought to have possibility to decide whether to give his work, his time spent in front of a monitor to people which destroy his beliefs, thought I leave those people the freedom to spent their time in developing an alternative implementation which could reach the same results.
This freedom hasn't to be neglected.
That's because I will NEVER apply patents to my ideas.
